Jacklyn Boheler
Executive Director | Co-Founder
Jacklyn leads B3’s strategic vision, partnerships, and transitional employment model. As an occupational therapist with a background in systems change initiatives, she focuses on creating pathways toward greater community inclusion and allyship.

Greg Boheler
Chief Ops Officer | Co-Founder
Greg oversees operations and leads the development of B3’s life skills programs and Clubhouse model. He brings a background in occupational therapy and a focus on inclusive, skill-building opportunities for adults of all abilities.

Krista Caraway
Director of Events & Outreach
Krista plans inclusive social gatherings, delivers life skills programs, and leads catering events, creating welcoming spaces that foster community connection and engagement.

Amy Gitterman
Events & Catering Coordinator
Amy coordinates B3’s catering branch, managing logistics to ensure great coffee and good vibes at every event we serve.
